CMT Clima, who has been operating in the field of air conditioning for many years, thanks to its skilled and experienced designers has now developed a new range of modular air-treatment units composed of self-supporting sandwich panels, insulated by high-density rockwool. This modular design allow for a direct and easy installation to meet all your requirements; moreover, the product is absolutely safe and comfortable to use. In case of fire, no toxic gases are emitted; the insulation panels grant low noise levels and a correct functioning of the machine. The inner surface of the Unit is perfectly smooth and its frame has no sharp corners, which should be dangerous during handling and transport operations. The range includes 17 sizes with air capacity from 1500 m3/h to100.000 m3/h. Panels’ thickness 30mm, 50mm on demand. The unit is composed of self-supporting sandwich panels, whose dimensions are a multiple of 310mm, that are fixed together by meter screws. Special insulating plugs are inserted within panels and all around the unit’s perimeter. This system grants excellent acoustic and thermal insulation eliminating the thermal bridge. Maximum air working pressure: 2500 Pa.
